NSCC Representative~Check description for reasons.

Representative will meet with each student that may need help that is planning on attending NSCC in the fall (current 12^th grade). He will also be meeting with rising 12^th and 11^th grade students who are planning on taking DE classes for this summer or fall. This will take place in the auditorium.
