Must have a Master’s Degree with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis. Must have current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and experience working with students with behavioral intervention needs
Key responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments and facilitating the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans, training and provide direct support for school personnel, collaborating with staff and families to implement strategies, monitoring intervention effectiveness and adjusting as needed, and participating in IEP meetings.
